Management

Upper Management’s role in our company is to manage and guide the individual departments. We maintain organization and help determine certain company policies.
Marketing
Dallas Green, Rylee Williams, Maggie Fogler, Will Stokes, Paris Davis, Mika Kuchuk
Our role in the company is to market our product. This allows our consumers to become more interested in what our company represents. This also allows us to gain more sales for our product to gain profit.
Information Technology
Alex Wacker, Harper Conde, Elliot Gurley, Jeremy Cynkar, Amelia Cook, Caitlyn Wright
The IT department works to create, update, and maintain the Gum Gear website. We also manage the company email and complete regular maintenance on our company's hardware and software. Along with this, we protect our company and our customers completing transactions from digital threats.
Finance

Our department overviews all transactions and allows the company to run successfully. We ensure we have proper funding for all current and future products. We track transactions, do company taxes, ensure payroll is being made, and much more.
Design

Our department designs all of our products that Gum Gear produces. We design the company website and we design the logo.
Sales

Our department develops all sales and sales projections. We also develop product prices and costs. We research sales trends, and analyze patterns. Our department is the foundation of the company.
Operations

We keep the company organized and manage the people at the company. We are in charge of attendance, the company calendar, and generally informing people on rules and policies. We send emails and updates on deadlines and tasks and keep things running smoothly and as clear as possible.
